With a 10 year partnership, Aerobatic legend Sean D. Tucker and Tutima have created the The Tutima Academy of Aviation Safety. Based out of King City, California which offers pilots a unique opportunity to train with some of the world's best flight instructors, in top-of-the-line aircraft, and at a site that offers ideal flying conditions.

Pilots of all levels, from beginner to professional, come from around the world to fly at Tutima. The Academy offers a variety of courses including stall/spin recognition and recovery training, aerobatic proficiency training, and a low-level aerobatic mentorship program. The Academy's newest offering is Executive Pilot Awareness Training, which comprises five hours of flying in an aerobatic airplane and three to five hours in the Columbia 400, a state-of-the-art personal aircraft. Pilots will learn to recognize, avoid, and recover from potentially dangerous situations such as stalls and spins. The Columbia 400 is the only aircraft of its type that can be used for this kind of training, and Tutima is the only school that offers it.
