It took two decades for a vision to become reality: the construction of a European fighter plane to replace old-timers such as the F-4 Phantom and F-104 Starfighter. That vision has now taken to the skies and the “Eurofighter Typhoon” is considered to be the most modern fighter airplane anywhere in the world right now. Tutima has already supplied the official watches for NATO pilots for the past 20 years. With the inauguration of the Eurofighter, Tutima has now been granted sole rights to produce the official Eurofighter watch, a special series of the Flieger Chronograph F2 UTC.

The “Eurofighter” chronograph features the classic Tutima steel case with fluted rotating bezel and red marker. In addition to hour and minute stopwatch, the “Eurofighter” watch also shows the data for a second time zone. A central second hour hand gives a 24-hour readout and can be set via the crown to any required time zone, independent of the time in the pilot’s home zone.
