Led by skipper Thomas Ebert, the 14-meter long Tutima Yacht which weighs in at 8.6 tons, has a maximum sail area of 230 square meters and a 23-meter high mast, sailed at top speeds of more than 20 knots (36 km/h) in 2007’s HSH Nordbank blue race. The race began in Newport, RI for a course set at 3600 sea miles (6,667km) across the Atlantic ending in Hamburg Germany.

The Tutima Yacht also proudly competes in the annual Kieler Woche Regattas which is also sponsored by Tutima Instrument Watches as the Official Timekeeper for three consecutive years.

Not only has Tutima proven to pass rigorous demands in the air, it has done so by sea with water instruments such as the diving enthusiast’s DI300 and the new Yachting Chronograph for active yachtsmen worldwide.
