Sailing to success with pure girl power: the Tutima racing yacht

Tutima has been a committed yachting partner for many years and has hoisted sail on its own vessel, the Tutima racing yacht, since 2009. The titanium gray DK46 racing cruiser is handled by an all-woman crew of experienced World and European Championship contestants, headed by Hamburg skipper Kirsten Harmstorf.

Following the launch of the all-woman crew project at Hamburg’s MSC Club, Harmstorf’s team – the core members of which have already been sailing together since 1993 – progressed from a J24 to a Bashford 41 crew. On taking over “Tutima” DK 46, they moved up into a higher boat class which calls for even better sailing skills.

Whether as “Official Timekeeper of the Kieler Woche Regattas”, as equipment provider for many sailing enthusiasts, or owner of a racing yacht: Tutima will remain firmly committed to the world of yachting in future and has set the course for further international yachting highlights.
